b. Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services you book. Payment details will be collected securely, and payment processing will be handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

4. Translation Services

a. Phone Reservations: Require a minimum of 48 hours prior notice.

b. ‘Japanese Only’ Booking System Translations: Require a minimum 48 hours prior notice.

c. Email Reservations: Require a minimum of 72 hours prior notice.

Japan Junket shall not be held responsible for any unsuccessful or delayed reservations due to insufficient notice or missing information.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellations:

  • Cancellation policies for Japan Junket services may vary depending on the specific service booked. Please refer to the booking details for our cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in fees or charges.

  • Cancellation policies for bookings made by Japan Junket on behalf of clients are subject to the terms and conditions, as well as the cancellation policies, of the respective hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and any other service providers involved.

b. Refunds:

  • Refund policies also vary by service. We will provide information about our refund policy at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with our policy.

  • Refund policies for bookings made by Japan Junket on behalf of clients are subject to the refund policies of the respective hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and any other service provider involved.

    c. Unsatisfactory Service:

We take pride in delivering our services with due care and skill. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.

d. Remedies for Unsatisfactory Service:

If you are unsatisfied with our services carried out with due care and skill, the following remedies are available:

  • Re-Service: We will provide the services again to meet the agreed-upon standards at no additional cost.

  • Payment of Costs: In exceptional cases, where re-servicing is not feasible or desirable, we may provide a refund equivalent to the costs of having the services supplied again.


Cancellation Policy - Travelers Japanese

At Japan Junket we value your commitment to learning Japanese with us. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your enrolment. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

a. Cancellation Period:

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase of the content for change of mind. No refund is due to you if requested after the 30-day time limit has passed.

  • If the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit.

  • At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny your refund.

b. How to apply for a refund:

Cancellation Policy - Travel Consultancy

a. Cancellation Period:

  • If you cancel services within 48 hours of entering into a contract for services via either receipt of a deposit or a signed contract, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If you cancel services more than 48 hours before the scheduled service delivery date, you are eligible for a partial refund. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, and you will be refunded the remaining balance.

  • For expedited delivery requests, including those with immediate service delivery, no refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel or modify your booking.

  • At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy we reserve the right to deny your refund.

Our agency assumes no liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the terms and conditions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and transportation companies. Clients agree that our agency shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of the terms, conditions, or actions of these third-party entities. Clients are advised to review and understand the terms and conditions of all bookings made on their behalf, and to address any concerns directly with the respective service providers.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association of Australia], and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
